It’s been a while since we’ve highlighted a customer review, so we wanted to share with you a comment we received recently from a customer named David. David left us a five-star rating on Yelp, along with a short review. Here’s his unedited review of our company: “Extremely prompt service. Thorough and informative. Technician was polite, took Covid precautions, and arrived on time.”
Although this is a short review, it actually says a lot. It speaks to our approach to pest control as well as our customer service. When David says we are “thorough and informative,” he’s likely talking about the fact that we go through, in detail, the process we use to eradicate our customers’ properties of pests like ants, spiders, rodents, and other common pests. For customers who are interested, we inform them of all of the products we will be using on their property and how and where they will be applied. In addition, we make sure every customer understands our charges, whether they will be getting one-time service, or if they will be signing up for one of our regular service plans. We never want there to be any confusion or “surprise” charges.
David describes our service as “prompt” and also mentions that our technician “arrived on time.” We know that everyone’s time is valuable, so we do our very best to always arrive when we say we will.
David also commented that our technician was “polite” and that he “took Covid precautions.” At Knockout, we think good customer service is just as important as good pest control. Our technicians go to our customers’ homes and places of business, so we train them to be respectful of their property and to treat everyone like the valuable customers that they are. We know our customers have lots of options for pest control companies in Temecula, so we want to make sure that they know we appreciate their business and are doing everything we can to take care of their needs. On top of the training they receive in customer service, our pest control technicians are just genuinely nice people!
